Privacy policy

Last updated: 20 October 2026. This policy applies to labelstock.top and to enquiries we receive by form, email or WhatsApp.

1. Who we are

Boren Label Materials ("we", "us") supplies self-adhesive label materials from Guangzhou, China. For any question about this policy or your data, write to laotumail@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

Only what you send us, plus basic technical logs:

• Enquiry details — company name, contact person, job title, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, product code and the requirement you describe.
• Correspondence — emails, WhatsApp messages and attachments you exchange with us, including drawings, specifications and order documents.
• Technical logs — IP address, browser type, page requested and timestamp, generated by our hosting provider for security and performance.

We do not run advertising cookies, we do not build profiles for ad targeting, and we do not ask for or store payment card numbers on this site. Payment is handled through the bank channel named in your proforma invoice.

3. Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quotation or sample offer
• To confirm specifications, MOQ, lead time and shipping terms
• To fulfil orders, arrange inspection, export documentation and freight
• To keep the commercial records we are required to keep under Chinese tax and customs rules
• To protect the site against abuse and fraud

We do not use your details for newsletter marketing unless you explicitly ask to be added.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. It is shared only where the order or the law requires it, and only the minimum necessary:

• Freight forwarders, couriers and customs brokers — name, address and contact for delivery and export clearance
• Testing laboratories — only if you ask us to arrange a specific test
• Our email, hosting and messaging providers, which process messages on our behalf
• Authorities, where disclosure is required by law

5. Where it is processed

Enquiries are handled in mainland China. Our email and hosting providers may store data on servers outside your country. Where that happens, the transfer is limited to what is needed to answer your enquiry.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for up to three years from the last contact, so that we can answer follow-up questions about the same construction and batch. Order and export records are kept for the period required by Chinese accounting and customs rules. After that they are deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

You may ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to laotumail@gmail.com from the address you used to contact us and we will respond within 30 days. If you have received a quotation you no longer need, you can ask us to delete the enquiry without affecting any order already placed.

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiry records is limited to the staff who handle quotations and orders. We do not store payment credentials.

9. Children

This is a business-to-business site. It is not directed at anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Material changes affecting how we use existing enquiry data will be notified to the contact address you gave us.
